Careers at Springboard
This week, our Springboard students have taken part in various careers activities.
On Monday, students visited Cineworld for a world of work visit, in partnership with Upturn enterprises. Students gained an insight into the day to day tasks and engaged in questions around working there. Students also made their own drinks and popcorn and watched a 4DX film.
Oldham college visited Springboard to discuss their potential options for college in the future and courses available to them.
Students volunteered at Upturns social value summit event on Thursday where they supported with meeting and greeting and got the opportunity to listen to guest speakers. Excellent work to the students involved!
