Head of School - Adam Ward

 

I am privileged to introduce myself as Head of School and extend a warm welcome to you.

I have been part of Springboard Project for over six years, serving as a Teacher, Assistant Head, and Deputy Head. I am now extremely proud and privileged to lead as Head of School, working alongside a fantastic team of staff who ensure that all our students have the best possible opportunities.

At Springboard, we work together toward our mission of creating meaningful futures for all our young people. As part of New Bridge MAT, we share best practice and continue to develop, ensuring the best outcomes and opportunities for every student.

Our values; care, trust, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. We demonstrate these through support, positivity, resilience, integrity, nurture, and growth every single day.

We set high expectations for all our young people, but we know this starts with creating a safe environment and fostering positive relationships through positive experiences.

 As parents and carers, you play a vital role in this journey. Together with the staff team and governors , we will ensure that every young person who walks through our doors leaves equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead independent, fulfilling lives beyond Springboard.
